How do remote sessions work?
We use a secure video call with screen sharing. You share what you are comfortable sharing. We guide each step while you stay at the keyboard. No software to install beyond a standard video call link. We never ask for passwords, seed phrases, or private keys.
What if I need hands-on hardware help?
Remote sessions work best for planning, reviews, walkthroughs, transfers, and documentation. If your engagement requires physical device handling, we discuss whether an in-person appointment at our Peabody, MA office makes more sense.
Can I switch between tiers or upgrade later?
Yes. Many clients start with a Starter Session, then upgrade to a Deep-Dive if they need more. SecureGuard members can add Deep-Dive sessions at a 10% discount. Nothing locks you in.
Do you hold my crypto or keys?
No. Every tier is non-custodial. You keep your passwords, seed phrases, private keys, and final transaction approvals. We guide. You control.
What happens if I need help between sessions?
SecureGuard members get priority response and can schedule ad-hoc check-ins. For non-members, additional sessions are available at their tier rate. We do not offer 24/7 emergency support.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. We do not record sessions. We do not store seed phrases, private keys, wallet addresses, or account credentials. See our privacy policy for details.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Starter and Deep-Dive sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session at no charge. Canceled sessions are fully refunded. SecureGuard Plan can be canceled anytime. Monthly plans stop billing at the next cycle. Annual plans are refunded pro-rated for the unused months, minus a 10% processing fee. Business engagements are scoped and quoted before any work begins. You approve the scope before we start.
What does the Business tier minimum engagement include?
The $1,800 starting point covers a wallet architecture review, operating procedure documentation, and up to 3 sessions. Each engagement begins with a free intake call and a written scope of work. You see the price, deliverables, and timeline before committing.
