When to Refer
Use KVP when the question is technical crypto custody work, not professional advice.
A client owns crypto but keeps it on an exchange long term.
A client wants to set up a hardware wallet or cold storage.
A client needs recovery, inheritance, or continuity planning.
A client is preparing a larger self-directed transfer.
A family, business, or team needs clearer wallet responsibilities.
A client feels intimidated and wants a human walkthrough.
How the Handoff Works
A practical process for referring clients without handling keys, secrets, or assets.
Spot the technical crypto need
You identify when a client question is about wallet setup, self-custody, recovery, transfers, or device security instead of your own professional scope.
Send a clean intro
Use the referral form, email us directly, or give the client the one-page handoff. Keep the context high-level and free of wallet secrets.
Client stays in control
Key Vault Pro walks the client through technical self-custody decisions while the client keeps every key, password, seed phrase, and approval.
Claim referral credit if appropriate
Submit each eligible client through the referral page or ask the client to name you. Professionals can also opt out if firm policy or professional rules limit referral compensation.

What KVP does
Technical self-custody consulting for wallet setup, recovery planning, hardware wallets, transfer preparation, multisig, and safer operating habits.
What you keep
Your professional relationship and scope. KVP stays in the technical lane and does not replace tax, legal, financial, advisory, IT, or cybersecurity counsel.
What the client keeps
Full control of keys, seed phrases, passwords, devices, accounts, and transaction approvals. We guide. The client acts.
Clean referral script
I do not handle wallet setup, seed phrases, or crypto custody inside my practice. Key Vault Pro is a non-custodial technical resource that can walk you through the self-custody side while you stay in control. They do not provide tax, legal, investment, or trading advice.
Trust but verify handoff
Keep the referral high-level. The client should not include seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, exchange passwords, two-factor codes, balances, wallet addresses, or transaction details in a form or email. KVP only needs enough context to plan the right discovery call.
Referral credit
If you want to claim referral credit, submit each client through the referral page or ask the client to name you during intake.
The general referral reward is $25 per eligible unique client after a qualifying paid session. If your firm policy or professional rules limit compensation, choose the opt-out option and we will still track the source cleanly.
